RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At timbertimetoys.com.au, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and comply fully with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Order:
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason. To be eligible for a full refund, goods must be unopened and in original condition.
Once your return is approved and we receive the item, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is faulty or not as described, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Conditions:
Refunds are processed promptly. All returns and refunds are at the discretion of timbertimetoys.com.au, in accordance with consumer law.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver physical goods using Australia Post and other trusted couriers. Orders are dispatched promptly once full payment is received.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard delivery: 2–14 business days (depending on location and courier service)

  • Express delivery may be available at checkout for faster shipping

Lost or Damaged Orders:
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly. While we are not liable for goods damaged in transit, we will consider replacements or refunds at our discretion.
